337 HOLY TRINITY BURN

Smoked then fermented 337 HOLY TRINITY BURN was developed from jalapeño and habanero and created from the flavors I grew up on in southwest Louisiana! You will get the sour pepper flavors from the ferment, and then immediately get the rush of double real wood smoke, it's combined with the "HOLY TRINITY " which in Cajun terms is (Onions, Celery, and Bellpepper). This is an all-around flavorful sauce that is not extremely spicy, but it's a hot sauce.  All ingredients are all natural, no preservatives, and only kosher salt and apple cider vinegar are combined with fermented peppers and veggies!
